Every 1st Saturday of every 3 months at 10:00 am JST via ZOOM.

NURTURE Postpartum is a FREE community postpartum preparation class to be taken during pregnancy. We will not only cover the logistics of what you need to do to prepare, but we will also unpack matrescence; the process of becoming a mother.

• This class is not centered around newborn care, it's centered around mother care and the mother community.
