Kathleen (she/her) is a Pilates instructor, pelvic health specialist, birth and postpartum doula, licensed bodyworker and an embodiment coach.

She is a thought leader for cultivating pleasure and embodiment in motherhood. Kathleen supports mothers in connecting with their body and its innate wisdom, pleasure and magic from preconception through postpartum.

Kathleen writes, speaks and researches on changing the paradigm of mothering and embodiment. She unifies all of these areas of her expertise into classes, circles and courses to hold space for mothers to heal and thrive through movement, touch and education.

Kathleen has two beautiful daughters who are her inspiration and muses for learning, teaching and growing. She owns Tokyo Prenatal Center, and currently lives in Meguro-ku in Tokyo.
